How do I activate two-factor authentication when logging in to the Internet with a MINI ID?

To activate two-factor authentication when logging in to the Internet with a MINI ID, go to the MINI website of your country, select the profile icon in the status field and log in with your MINI ID. Select the profile icon or your personal profile image again and select: "My profile" > "Account data" > "Edit" to the right of "TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION" > "Activate" > Enter password and confirm with "NEXT". Open the e-mail with the activation code. Enter the activation code in the dialogue box on your profile page and confirm with "Activate". If you have not received an activation code, select "Request a new one" and repeat the process.
