If you have activated two-factor authentication, a MINI ID and password alone are not enough to log in to the MINI App or the MINI portal. You must also enter an activation code sent to you by e-mail. Your MINI ID and password are only sufficient to log in to the MINI App or the MINI portal in the same browser on devices that you have labelled as trusted.
