Can I use Android Auto in my MINI with Operating System 9?

Depending on the model and equipment of your MINI with Operating System 9, you can display and operate the apps of your compatible smartphone with Android Auto in the MINI Interaction Unit. Please note: To use Android Auto, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® must be activated on your smartphone.

 

Android Auto is available as part of the standard equipment for MINI models with MINI Operating System 9 (MINI Connected Base). Depending on the manufacturer and model, your smartphone requires Android 9 or newer.
