I am experiencing financial difficulty, can BMW Finance assist?

BMW Financial Services recognise that each person and situation is unique and therefore, the type of assistance that we provide will depend upon your individual circumstances. Our Hardship team is available to assist with any questions from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (AEST) Monday to Friday. Contact them on 1800 333 636 or via hardship@bmwfinance.com.au.
