I want an employee to liaise on behalf of my business with BMW Finance, do they need to sign a Third Party Authority Form?

If your finance agreement is under a company name, the following people can access the account:

• Company accountant
• Secretaries
• Directors
• Bookkeepers
• Company Administrator

If they are able to answer the ID questions during the call or over email, we can respond to their queries. Alternatively, to add someone who is not working in an above role as an authorised third party, please request a Third Party Authority form from info@bmwfinance.com.au
