The starter battery ensures the start of the engine, supplies the vehicle electrical system even in an idle state and secures important safety systems such, as the alarm system, emergency call and door control. It also provides comfort functions such as infotainment, radio, navigation, seat and steering wheel heating, enables the start-stop function and stabilises the voltage in the vehicle electrical system.
