I want to stop transferring data from my vehicle to MINI. What do I have to do or who can help me?

The transmission of telematics data between your MINI and the MINI servers can be deactivated at any time. To do this, the SIM card permanently installed in your MINI is deactivated so that no more data can be exchanged between your MINI and the MINI servers. After deactivating the SIM card, however, the "Intelligent eCall" and all other Connected Services can no longer be used. To deactivate your SIM card, contact your MINI Service Partner.
