Is it possible for third parties/ service providers to pass on my telematics data from MINI CarData again?

Yes. MINI cannot influence what third parties/service providers do with the MINI CarData data. The use of the telematics data outside the approved purpose is contrary to the General Terms and Conditions of MINI CarData for third parties/service providers, so that MINI reserves the right to block third parties/service providers for MINI CarData Services.
