Which mobile radio standard does my MINI with Operating System 9 support?

Depending on the country of delivery and model, your MINI with Operating System 9 and option "Personal eSIM" (SA 6PA) supports the 5G mobile radio standard ex works. Depending on the country of delivery, you will need the "eSIM" tariff option for your existing mobile communications contract or the MINI accessory "MINI SIM Reader" and a nano SIM card for your mobile communications contract. You can find more information about the Personal eSIM and the personal hotspot in the MINI App or on the MINI web page of your country. Please note: In vehicles with MINI Operating System 9, the MINI SIM Reader with software from 07/2025 is supported.
