Where can I get a new Key Card, Service Card or Setup Card for my MINI Digital Key or MINI Digital Key Plus if I lose it?

Please contact your MINI Service Partner if you have lost the Key Card, Service Card or Setup Card of your MINI Digital Key. There, you can get help with ordering and setting up a replacement card.

For security reasons, the lost Key Card or Service Card should be deactivated in the vehicle as soon as possible. You will find the relevant step-by-step instructions in the Owner's Handbook for your vehicle.

Please note that a deactivated Key Card, Service Card or Setup Card can no longer be used to unlock or start the vehicle. If the Key Card or Service Card is found again later and it has not been replaced or deleted in the meantime, it can be reactivated in the vehicle. Otherwise, the service is accessed via the newly programmed replacement card.
