Charging is an interaction of all components/systems involved in the chain of effects, such as charging infrastructure (Wallbox, charging station), charging cable and vehicle. The resulting charging power is determined by the lowest common denominator in this complete system chain. Charging power can be reduced, for example, by the infrastructure (power split when several vehicles are charging) or load management through Wallbox control. But temperatures can also reduce the charging performance of the infrastructure or vehicle. Depending on the customer's wishes, settings and battery condition, an optimised charging curve is always followed on the vehicle side.
