The message "Charging power reduced. Extended charging time" appears in your BMW electric vehicle depending on the amount of energy charged and the energy consumption of the vehicle after six DC charging processes within a short period of time. Please note: The message gives the impression that DC charging is severely restricted or unavailable for a period of time. This interpretation of the message is not correct. DC charging is available for your fully electric MINI Countryman (2023) without interruption and to the usual extent on long journeys with frequent charging stops.
