Is the "Plug & Charge" function automatically activated for my MINI electric vehicle with Operating System 9 with a MINI Charging contract?

Answer: Yes. The "Plug & Charge" function is automatically activated when you sign a charging contract with MINI Charging for your MINI electric vehicle with Operating System 9. You can then deactivate Plug & Charge in the vehicle or in the MINI App. To do this, select the following on the MINI Interaction Unit: Apps menu > "Charging" > "Settings" > "Plug & Charge" > "Available contracts" or in the MINI App: "Vehicle" (tab) > "Charging" > "Plug & Charge" (preferences) > "Edit". With Plug & Charge, your MINI electric vehicle with Operating System 9 automatically authenticates itself at compatible charging stations and the charging process starts automatically when the charging cable is plugged in. Please note: You need a charging contract with the Plug & Charge function - e.g. from MINI Charging.
