Is the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant in my MINI with Operating System 9 constantly in receiving mode and does it register all conversations in the vehicle?

No. The MINI Personal Assistant in your MINI with Operating System 9 is only activated by the activation word ("Hey MINI") or by briefly pressing the microphone button on the steering wheel. After processing your request, it automatically switches off again.
