What are the benefits of Spike in my MINI with Operating System 9?

Depending on the model and equipment of your MINI, the digital character "Spike" supports you in its role as MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant in the operation of MINI Operating System 9. Inspired by the shape of an English bulldog, Spike reacts to your voice commands with lively facial expressions, movements and gestures and shows emotions such as curiosity, joy or concentration depending on the situation. Thanks to artificial intelligence, Spike learns your personal habits and anticipates suitable functions and settings for your MINI depending on the situation.

Spike is available for MINI models with MINI Operating System 9 and the MINI Connected package.
