What are the benefits of Spike in my MINI with Operating System 9?

Depending on the model and equipment of your MINI, the digital character "Spike" supports you in its role as MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant in the operation of MINI Operating System 9. Spike is available for MINI models with MINI Operating System 9 and the MINI Connected package.
