My MINI made an emergency call that I did not trigger. What can I do?

If your MINI makes an emergency call that you did not trigger, please contact your MINI Service Partner. The Service Partner will check whether water may be entering your vehicle via the aerial. A short circuit can be the cause of an unwanted emergency call.
