Can several users add the same MINI with Operating System 9 to their MINI IDs in the MINI App at the same time?

Yes. In MINI vehicles with Operating System 9, one main user and up to six co-users can log in with their MINI ID. The MINI ID that first adds the vehicle in the MINI App is the main user. All other MINI IDs are co-users of the vehicle with limited rights. The main user can view, manage or delete all saved co-users in the MINI App.
