How do I cancel a service appointment with my preferred MINI Service Partner in the MINI App?

To cancel a service appointment with your preferred MINI Service Partner in the MINI App, select: "Vehicle" (tab) > "Show appointment" ("My Retailer") > "Cancel this appointment". It is not possible to change an appointment in the MINI App. If necessary, cancel a booked service appointment and book a new one. Please note: You can only cancel service appointments in the MINI App that you have booked in the MINI App. If you have booked the appointment directly with your MINI Service Partner, please cancel it there. If you have booked an appointment with another MINI Service Partner, search for it on the map of the MINI App and select the "Show appointment" option.
