In the event of an accident or breakdown, you can call MINI Accident and Roadside Assistance using the MINI App. Select: "Vehicle" (tab) > "Accident and Roadside Assistance" or "Profile" (tab) > "Accident and Roadside Assistance". Please note: The location, status and VIN of your vehicle will be automatically transferred to MINI Service. Depending on availability in your country, the MINI App then shows you the processing status of your case and the position of the MINI Service Vehicle on its way to you.
