How do I book a service appointment with my MINI Service Partner in the MINI App?

Depending on the country, you can book a service appointment for your MINI at participating MINI Service Partners in the MINI App. Select "Make an appointment" in "Vehicle" > "My Retailer". You can select the service appointment at your preferred or any other MINI Service Partner. Please note: A binding appointment can only be made with participating MINI Service Partners. If the MINI App does not offer binding appointment scheduling for your preferred MINI Service Partner, they will receive a non-binding appointment request. You will then need a binding confirmation of the appointment from your MINI Service Partner. Your MINI Service Partner automatically receives information about your vehicle and its service requirements.
