How long does it take for charging processes to appear in the MINI App?

A charging process does not appear in the MINI App’s charging history while it is still in progress. It is displayed only after the charging cable has been disconnected, provided that all requirements have been met.

There may be a delay before it is displayed if the vehicle does not have a sufficiently strong online connection during the charging process, such as in garages or underground car parks. The charging process will only start once the vehicle is able to re-establish a connection.

Please note: If the charging history is only activated after the charging cable has been plugged in, information may be missing from the charging timeline. If the charging history is disabled when the cable is disconnected, the charging process will not be saved.
