For the latest information on charging stations, open the "Map" tab in the MINI App and select the "Charging stations" option below the search field.
In the map view, the pins show the availability and charge type (AC, DC, HPC) of the charging stations according to your saved filter settings. You can select a charging station directly on the map or via the list view.
The detailed view provides the following information:
- Address
- Current availability
- Opening hours
- Information on "Recently used"
- Charging power specifications in kW
- Available connector types and prices
- Charging rates in accordance with your saved tariffs
- Capacity utilisation (peak times)
- Service information
- Authentication options
- Local amenities (e.g. cafés, restaurants, supermarkets or ATMs)
- Information about the expected charging power (e.g. whether the charging station expected to reach its maximum charging power)
You have the option of sending the selected charging station as a destination to your vehicle or viewing the route. You can also contact the operator or provide feedback on the charging station.
Depending on the vehicle model and equipment, the charging process can be started directly via the MINI App.
Note: Availability and range of functions may vary by country. The display of the expected charging power is currently available in Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
