You can use the MINI App to arrange a service appointment with participating MINI Service Partners for selected services on your MINI.
Requirements:
- Your MINI must be added to your MINI ID in the MINI App.
Important notes:
- When you arrange an appointment in the MINI App, your MINI Service Partner automatically receives information about your vehicle and its service requirements, provided you have consented to data transfer in the "Privacy" menu in the vehicle.
- A binding appointment can only be made with participating MINI Service Partners. If the MINI App does not offer binding appointment scheduling for your preferred MINI Service Partner, they will receive a non-binding appointment request by e-mail. You will then need a binding confirmation of the appointment from your MINI Service Partner.
- To specify a MINI Service Partner as your primary contact, select the following in the MINI App: "Vehicle" (tab) > "Find another retailer" (RETAILER SERVICES) > "Service" > MINI Service Partner on the map or from the hit list > "Save as preferred".
Step 1:
Select "Arrange an appointment" (RETAILER SERVICES).
If you have not saved a preferred MINI Service Partner:
>Select a MINI Service Partner via "Find another retailer" (RETAILER SERVICES).
>Select "Arrange an appointment".
Step 2:
Select one or more available services and confirm with "SELECT DATE AND TIME".
Step 3:
Select a date, a time and a handover option (with or without replacement mobility) and confirm with "CHECK".
Step 4:
Agree to your data being passed on to your MINI Service Partner and complete the process by clicking "ARRANGE APPOINTMENT".
