What are the advantages of synchronising my smartphone calendar with the MINI App?

If you synchronise your smartphone calendar with the MINI App, you will see calendar entries with location details as "upcoming destinations" and you can send them to your MINI. In the MINI App, select: "Map" (tab) > "My destinations" > "Upcoming" > "Synchronise calendar" and allow the MINI App to access calendar events. Please note: Only calendar entries for the next 72 hours with a valid destination are synchronised. Your MINI must be added to your MINI ID and you must be logged in to your MINI with your MINI ID. In your MINI with Operating System 9, "upcoming destinations" are synchronised and displayed in the navigation menu.
