Can I use the MINI App to make a service appointment with my MINI Service Partner to pick up or return my MINI?

Depending on the country, you can book a service appointment with pick-up or return of your MINI at participating MINI Service Partners in the MINI App. Select "Make an appointment" in "Vehicle" > "My Retailer" and a date for your service appointment. Ask for the pick-up or return option if this is available. Please note: The option is initially transmitted to the MINI Service Partner as a non-binding request. Your MINI Service Partner will then contact you for a binding confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
