How can I provide feedback in the MINI App?

Yes. You can send us your feedback directly via the MINI App. There are three categories to choose from:

  • Additional app function
    Let us know which functions you would like to see in the future or how we can further develop existing features.
  • Problem with the app
    Report any technical difficulties or anomalies so that we can check and rectify them.
  • General app feedback
    Provide general feedback on the app - regardless of whether it concerns stimulations, notices or requests for improvement.

By submitting your feedback, you agree that technical data such as your app ID, device information, general vehicle data or city-related location information will be transmitted. This information helps us to better understand your feedback and improve the app in a targeted manner.
