With the anti-theft recorder, you receive a notification from the MINI App with a snapshot of the exterior cameras and, depending on the equipment, the interior camera of your MINI when the alarm system of your MINI with Operating System 9 is triggered. Your MINI requires the options "Parking Assistant Plus" (SA 5DN), "alarm system" (SA 302) and "interior camera" (SA 4NR) as well as a "MINI Connected package". You must activate the anti-theft recorder once in the vehicle and agree to the data transfer under: Apps menu > "All" > "Privacy". Your vehicle must be parked and locked and the alarm system must be activated. In the MINI App settings, you must "allow push notifications". In some countries of delivery, the "MINI Drive Recorder" with anti-theft recorder is not available due to legal regulations.
