Can I use the anti-theft recorder in the MINI App in my MINI with Operating System 9?

With the anti-theft recorder, you receive a notification from the MINI App with a snapshot of the interior of your MINI via the interior camera when the alarm system of your MINI is triggered. Your MINI requires Operating System 9 and the options "Parking Assistant Plus" (SA 5DN), "alarm system" (SA 302) and "interior camera" (SA 4NR) as well as a "MINI Connected package". You must activate the anti-theft recorder once in the vehicle and agree to the data transfer under: Apps menu > "All" > "Privacy". Your vehicle must be parked and locked and the alarm system must be activated. In the MINI App, you must activate "anti-theft notification" and "notification on video recording" under: "Vehicle" (tab) > "Vehicle configuration" (vehicle control centre) > "Privacy settings" > "MINI Connected". Please note: In some countries of delivery, the "MINI Drive Recorder" with anti-theft recorder is not available due to legal regulations.
