How do I delete my MINI ID in the MINI App?

To delete your MINI ID in the MINI App, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the "Profile" tab.
  2. Select the gear icon at the top right to go to the settings.
  3. Tap on "Account Data".
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Delete MINI ID".

Please note that only your MINI ID and the associated ConnectedDrive-related data will be deleted during this process. Other data processed in the background (e.g. customer-relevant information) is not automatically removed. If you wish to delete other data processed in the background, please contact MINI Customer Support in your country with a corresponding data protection request.
