In the MINI App, you can see the time of the last update of the vehicle status below the vehicle image. Your MINI sends current data on the vehicle status after each locking. MINI electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles additionally send their status during charging sessions. If the vehicle status is not updated in the MINI App, your MINI may not have a sufficient mobile connection (e.g. in underground car parks). Also make sure that Remote Services are activated for your vehicle in the MINI App and that you have agreed to the transfer of journey data to the MINI App and the MINI portal in the privacy settings: "Vehicle" (tab) > "Vehicle configuration" (Vehicle control centre) > "Privacy settings" > "Individual selection" > "MINI Connected" > "MINI App and portal".
