Where can I find the colour code for my MINI body paint?

The colour code for the body paint can often be found in the following places on MINI models:

  • B-pillar on the driver's side
  • Engine compartment on a badge on the right or left strut tower or on the bulkhead behind the engine
  • A-pillar on the passenger's side
  • Boot as a service sticker in the spare wheel recess

Look for a white or black sticker or type plate. The colour code is a combination of numbers and/or letters, often 3 to 4 digits, such as 668 or R32.

Alternatively, you can also ask your MINI partner for the colour code. For additional information about your vehicle, we recommend the MINI Driver's Guide app. You can find further information about the type plates in your vehicle's Owner's Handbook.
