Can I use YouTube Music directly in my MINI?

You can use YouTube Music directly in the vehicle or via your connected smartphone.

With the YouTube Music app, you can play music, podcasts and playlists directly via your MINI’s infotainment system. The app is available in the MINI Connected Store. Once the installation is complete, log in with your YouTube Music Premium account.

To use the YouTube Music app in your vehicle, you require the MINI Connected package and an active YouTube Music Premium subscription.

Alternatively, you can use YouTube Music via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The requirements depend on the corresponding service and your mobile device.

The YouTube Music app integrated in the vehicle and use via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto operate independently of one another. Depending on the equipment and your personal preferences, you can use both methods.
