Will my MINI with Operating System 9 receive regular Remote Software Upgrades even without a MINI Connected package?

Yes. In your MINI with Operating System 9, regular Remote Software Upgrades are available even without a MINI Connected package. With Remote Software Upgrades, your MINI receives quality improvements regularly or as required and, depending on the country of delivery, model and equipment, new functions or functional improvements over-the-air free of charge. You will be informed via a push message in the vehicle or in the MINI App as soon as a Remote Software Upgrade is available for your vehicle. You can then download and install it via the SIM card installed in the vehicle or via the MINI App. Your vehicle must be connected to your MINI ID in the MINI App.
