Can I also book a MINI Connected package for my MINI with MINI Controller?

No. The "MINI Connected package" offer is only available for MINI models with MINI Operating System 9 and cannot be booked for MINI models with a MINI Controller and MINI system with a menu with displays in the form of tiles (ID6).
