When and how can I cancel the MINI Connected package in my MINI with Operating System 9?

With the optional "MINI Connected package" offer, you can extend the basic digital functions (MINI Connected Base) of your MINI with Operating System 9. After logging in to your new vehicle with your MINI ID for the first time, a free test phase starts automatically. At the end of the test phase, all services & apps of the MINI Connected package are automatically terminated in your MINI without the need for cancellation. If you have booked the "MINI Connected package" offer as a paid monthly or annual subscription in the MINI Connected Store and wish to cancel at the end of the contract duration, go to the MINI Connected Store on the Internet  or in the vehicle and select: "Services" > "MINI Connected package" > "Cancel now". After cancellation, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation by e-mail. You can continue to use all services & apps of the MINI Connected package until the end of the booked duration.
