On the navigation map in my MINI, the arrow shows a different position to the actual position. What can I do?

In your MINI, the current vehicle position on the navigation map is incorrect. The arrow shows a different position to the actual position. The irregularity is caused by an external trigger of the GPS satellite system and is beyond the control of MINI.

Please update the apps and services in your MINI while ensuring adequate network coverage. If the arrow view in the vehicle continues to be displayed incorrectly after the update, please contact your MINI Service Partner. The Service Partner can install new software in your vehicle.

Please note that a visit to the workshop may incur costs.
