What are the benefits of the panorama view in my MINI Cooper (2024)?

The panorama view as a function of Parking Assistant Plus in your MINI Cooper (2024) allows you to see crossing traffic at an early stage, e.g. at blind exits and road junctions. The function works with a wide-angle front camera and a wide-angle Reversing Assist Camera. The function can be used when reversing and, depending on the equipment, when driving forwards. Road users concealed by objects on the sides are recognised very late from the driver's seat. To improve visibility, the Reversing Assist Camera and the front camera capture the area next to the vehicle. You can switch the panorama view on or off in the central instrument ("MINI Interaction Unit").
