Yes. Depending on the country of delivery, you can use the "Video" vehicle app with a MINI Connected package in your MINI Countryman (2023) with Operating System 9. An overview of all available apps can be found in the MINI Connected Store in the vehicle or on the Internet at the market introduction of the first MINI models with Operating System 9.
