If you cannot select a contract for the "Plug & Charge" function in your MINI, please proceed as follows:
- Check whether your vehicle is online and connected to the network.
- Switch the vehicle off and on again.
- Wait 30 to 60 seconds.
- Check whether the problem persists.
If the contract still cannot be selected, deactivate the Plug & Charge contract in your portal and then reactivate it.
If the problem persists, please contact your MINI Service Partner. Please state the fault code displayed for the relevant contract so that you can be helped quickly and in a targeted way.
