After a main user change or factory reset, please log in again as the main user or contact the current main user.
The "Plug & Charge" function must be reactivated in the MINI Charging portal under the dashboard in the "Selected contracts" area:
- Click on the activation field under "Services" in the "Contracts" tab.
- Make sure that the status and all services are displayed in green.
- Follow the instructions and enter the Plug & Charge ID (PCID), which you can find in the "Plug & Charge Info" section in the mobile MINI App, for example.
Once these steps have been completed, the contract should be visible in the vehicle again. If this is not the case, please contact your MINI Service Partner.
