How do I set up or update my direct debit details?

You can set up or update your direct debit bank details by downloading the MINI One App via the Apple App or Google Play Store and follow the steps below:

  • Click the "My Finance" icon on the navigation bar.
  • Select an "Active" contract
  • Click on the "Payment" tab
  • Click on the "Change My Bank Account Details" link
  • Enter your bank details and review the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement 
  • For your security, enter your password and click "Submit" to complete the update.

Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Support Team at 1800 682 385 from Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM AEST.
