What is the process to update my surname?

You may send us the following documents securely via the MINI One App:

• a copy of your marriage certificate, divorce certificate or change of name certificate
• a copy of the front and back of your current driver licence

Instructions to send your request.

1. Log into your MINI One App.
2. Click on the "Contact Us" bubble at the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Select "Other Contract Enquiries”.
4. Select your contract number. (Note: If you have more than 1 contract, we will apply the changes across.)
5. Indicate the information you want updated.
6. Use "+Add File" at the bottom to securely attach your documents and hit "Submit".

Please allow up to 1 business day for us to action your request. We will send you an email confirmation once your information is updated.
