You may send us the following documents securely via the MINI One App:
- a copy of your marriage certificate, divorce certificate or change of name certificate
- a copy of the front and back of your current driver licence
Instructions to send your request.
- Log into your MINI One App.
- Click on the "Contact Us" bubble at the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select "Other Contract Enquiries”.
- Select your contract number. (Note: If you have more than 1 contract, we will apply the changes across.)
- Indicate the information you want updated.
- Use "+Add File" at the bottom to securely attach your documents and hit "Submit".
Please allow up to 1 business day for us to action your request. We will send you an email confirmation once your information is updated.
