When do I have to report damage to a vehicle financed by MINI Financial Services?

In the event of an accident with your vehicle under finance, you should contact your insurance company immediately.  After contacting your insurer, please give us a courtesy call to advise that your vehicle has been in an accident and we will guide you on the next steps.
