When does my MINI automatically trigger an emergency call?

Your MINI is equipped with sensors that automatically trigger an emergency call in an emergency. If, for example, an airbag is triggered, a voice contact to the MINI emergency call centre is established automatically. The vehicle data transmitted indicates the current vehicle position and the severity of the accident and is transmitted to the nearest emergency response centre.

Available in MINI models with production from 03/2018 with the option "Intelligent emergency call" (SA 6AC) or "Legal Emergency Call" (SA 6AF) ex works, depending on the country of delivery.
