What are the benefits of the optional MINI Connected package for my MINI John Cooper Works Countryman (from 11/2023)?

The optional MINI Connected package offer for your MINI John Cooper Works Countryman (from 11/2023) with MINI Operating System 9 extends the functions of MINI navigation and the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant and offers access to a constantly growing range of third-party apps via the MINI Connected Store. The extended functions of MINI navigation include Real Time Traffic Information (RTTI) with colour representation in the complete map area (even without activated route guidance), 3D representations of buildings and orientation points, realistic visualisation of tracking for complex exit and road junctions, satellite maps as well as additional dynamic information for points of interest in selected categories. Additional vehicle apps (e.g. Safety Camera Information) and third-party apps for audio streaming (e.g. Spotify), video streaming (e.g. YouTube), gaming (e.g. UNO Car Party!) and video conferencing (e.g. Zoom) are already installed or are available for download from the MINI Connected Store in the vehicle. All apps with unlimited data volume can be used via a SIM card installed in your MINI. Please note: Depending on the country of delivery, the entertainment apps offered as well as the range of functions and map content of MINI navigation may vary.
