Can I use my existing eSIM in my MINI?

To use the Personal eSIM, MINI models with Operating System 9 require the "Personal eSIM" optional equipment (OE 6PA). In order for the Personal eSIM to be activated, an eSIM tariff option from a supporting mobile communications provider is also required.

In vehicles with MINI Operating System 9, the MINI SIM Reader with software from 07/2025 is supported.
