What does the message "Activation expected" next to my vehicle in the MINI portals or in the MINI App mean?

You can only add your MINI to your MINI ID in the MINI App.

Please note: You need access to your vehicle to read out a security code in a "MINI message" and confirm it in the MINI App within 3 hours. Your MINI with Operating System 9 is automatically added to the MINI ID of the main user in the MINI portal. The main user is the person who first logs in to the vehicle with their MINI ID. Other co-users do not see the vehicle in the MINI portal.
