Can I use Remote Services in the MINI App?

With Remote Services in the MINI App, you can run various functions of your MINI remotely on your smartphone. Your MINI must have been produced after 03/2021 with the option "ConnectedDrive Services" (SA 6AK) and you need "Remote Services" as a stand-alone service or as part of a MINI Connected package from the MINI Connected Store. In your MINI with Operating System 9, Remote Services are part of the basic equipment. You can see the status of all Remote Services under: "Vehicle" (tab) > "Vehicle information" ("Vehicle control centre") > "Remote History". Please note: You must add your MINI to your MINI ID in the MINI App, activate Remote Services and agree to data transfer and vehicle tracking in the "Privacy" menu in the vehicle. Your smartphone and your MINI require a sufficient mobile connection to run the Remote Services. The range of functions and operating principle of Remote Services may vary depending on the country of delivery and equipment of your MINI.
