What is MINI Roadside Assistance and how does it work?

MINI Roadside Assistance offers fast and reliable support if your vehicle breaks down and ensures that your mobility is restored as quickly as possible. It is available round the clock – by telephone, via the iDrive menu or the MINI App.

Even the basic services offer solid protection. These include, amongst other things, roadside assistance in person or via remote access, support in the event of a flat tyre and organising a towing service.

You can extend your cover to the Premium package by taking out a MINI Service Inclusive package or having your car serviced regularly at a MINI Service Partner. This includes additional services such as a courtesy vehicle, covering the cost of towing away and organising the journey to your destination or your home.

Please note: A breakdown is defined here as a technical fault that makes it impossible to continue driving – provided that it was caused neither by the driver nor by external factors.
