Depending on the model and equipment of your MINI, you can use "Proactive Care". In order to be able to use the full scope of maintenance work of Proactive Care for your MINI, you need an active MINI Connected contract for your MINI and your MINI must be added to your MINI ID in the MINI App or MINI portal. A current phone number and e-mail address must be stored in the personal data relating to your MINI ID, you must have a preferred MINI Service Partner stored, you must agree to the Privacy Policy for the transmission of your vehicle data in the vehicle ("Ensure Mobility" and "Smart Maintenance") and allow the MINI App to send push notifications. Please note: Depending on the country of delivery, the scope of maintenance work offered by "Proactive Care" may vary.
"Proactive Care" is available for MINI models with MINI Operating System 9.
